1. Agreement to Terms

Welcome to Donald Coins. By accessing or using our website at donaldcoins.com (the "Site"), placing an order, or otherwise engaging with our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our Site or services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Donald Coins, a precious metals dealer operating in the United Arab Emirates. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts to use our services. By placing an order, you represent and warrant that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete, and that you are not prohibited from purchasing precious metals under the laws of your jurisdiction.

3. Products & Descriptions

Donald Coins offers a curated selection of gold and silver coins, including bullion coins, commemorative issues, and graded collectibles. We make every effort to display product images, weights, purity, and descriptions as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in colour, tone, and finish may occur due to photography, screen settings, and the natural characteristics of precious metals.

Product specifications such as weight (troy ounces or grams), purity (fineness), mint year, and certification details are provided to the best of our knowledge. Where coins are graded or certified, the grade assigned by the relevant grading authority (e.g., PCGS, NGC) is final.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices displayed on the Site are in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED) unless otherwise stated. Prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable, in accordance with UAE Federal Tax Authority regulations.

• Fixed pricing: Product prices are fixed at the time of listing and do not fluctuate with spot metal prices unless explicitly stated.
• Payment methods: We accept credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard) processed through Stripe, as well as cryptocurrency payments via our supported crypto gateway. All card transactions are processed in a PCI-DSS compliant environment.
• Order confirmation: An order is not confirmed until full payment has been received and verified. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been successfully processed.
• Price errors: In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order placed at the incorrect price. If payment has already been collected, a full refund will be issued.

5. Orders & Availability

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, reject all or part of an order, and discontinue any product without prior notice. Orders may be cancelled if we suspect fraud, unauthorised activity, or violation of these Terms.

Once an order has been confirmed and payment received, it cannot be modified. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to info@donaldcoins.com before the item has been dispatched.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We offer insured shipping within the UAE. Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed. Donald Coins is not liable for delays caused by customs, courier disruptions, force majeure, or circumstances beyond our control.

• All shipments of precious metals are fully insured during transit.
• A signature is required upon delivery. If no one is available to accept delivery, the courier's standard re-delivery policy applies.
• Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon confirmed delivery to the shipping address provided.
• International shipping may be available on a case-by-case basis. Additional customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the buyer's responsibility.

7. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of precious metals and the volatility of their underlying value, returns are handled on a case-by-case basis.

• Damaged or incorrect items: If you receive a product that is damaged in transit or materially different from its description, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at our discretion.
• Change of mind: We do not accept returns for change of mind on precious metal products. All sales are considered final once the item has been dispatched.
• Refund processing: Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-14 business days. Cryptocurrency payments will be refunded at the AED equivalent value at the time of the original transaction.

8. Authenticity & Certification

Every coin sold by Donald Coins is guaranteed authentic. Products described as graded or certified are accompanied by their respective certification from recognised grading authorities. If any product is found to be counterfeit, we will provide a full refund upon return of the item at our expense.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, images, graphics, logos, icons, product photography, and the Donald Coins brand — is the property of Donald Coins or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.

10. Use of the Site

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Site or its underlying infrastructure.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site, other accounts, or connected systems.
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from the Site without prior written permission.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, Donald Coins, its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or purchase of products. This includes, without limitation, loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of investment value due to precious metal market fluctuations.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

12. Investment Disclaimer

Precious metals can fluctuate in value. Nothing on this Site constitutes financial, investment, or tax advice. Purchases of gold and silver coins should be made based on your own research and assessment of risk. Past performance of precious metals is not indicative of future results. Donald Coins is not a regulated financial advisor and does not provide investment advisory services.

13. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be replaced with a valid provision that most closely reflects the original intent.
